The Attorneys

 

Stephen T.Araki, P.C. Steve was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association in 1975. He is a third generation Seattleite and attended the University of Washington for his B.A. and Willamette University for his J.D. He is admitted to the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington. He has been corporate counsel for a real estate development company and for the last 20 years has focused his practice in the areas of real estate and business. He has been a certified real estate sales services instructor and has taught real estate sales licensing courses. He has been involved in class action litigation against lenders and title companies and other complex real estate matters.

 

Robert B. Jackson. Bob was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association in 1987. He is a long time Eastside resident and obtained his B.A from Seattle University and obtained his J.D. from the University of Puget Sound School of Law. He has been in private practice since 1987 and his practice focuses on the areas of real estate, business and personal injury. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington – 1991, the Eastern District of Washington – 1997, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals – 1999 and the United States Supreme Court – 1997. He has been involved in a number of complex cases, including the AIDS associated blood transfusion cases and a number of class actions on real estate and other matters. He is a member of the Washington State Trial Lawyer’s Association and the King County Bar Association.

 

 

Both Steve and Bob are members of the law firm of Herman, Recor, Araki, Kaufman, Simmerly & Jackson, PLLC. The firm was formed in 1995 and its attorneys practice primarily in the areas of commercial law, business law, family law, immigration law, personal injury law, and real estate law.
